Frazzled is our first live event, and it's exactly what it sounds like: an afternoon for parents who are tired of being told what to do and would rather hear from people who actually know.

Raisly founder Katy Rea will sit down with three brilliant parenting experts to talk through the questions parents ask most, from screen time and tantrums to difficult births and winter bugs. There'll be plenty of time for your questions too, before all three speakers come together for a panel.

Then we'll head to the Storyhouse bar for a drink. Meet the speakers, chat with other parents and carry on the conversation.

Who you'll hear from

Dr Emily Crosby, Child and Educational Psychologist
Screen time and social media, tantrums and boundaries, when behaviour is a concern, and why risky play builds resilience.

Illiyin Morrison, Perinatal Trauma Specialist Midwife and Author
What birth trauma is, how it affects parents and partners, and how being heard and reframing your birth story can help you work through it.

Dr Shruti Nathwani, GP with Paediatric training (MRCPCH)
Children's immunity and common deficiencies, antibiotics and gut health, and how to spot health misinformation online.
